Your first visit includes a brief health history and discussion of your goals and any areas of concern. Your therapist will explain the treatment plan and ensure you're comfortable before starting. You'll be draped appropriately throughout the session and can ask questions at any time.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. If you need to change your appointment, you can do so through the Jane booking link or by contacting us directly.
Yes. After your appointment you will receive a receipt suitable for submission to your extended health plan or insurance provider. Details on how to access your receipt will be provided at the clinic or through the booking system.
